Legendary Christian worship leader, singer, and songwriter Ron Kenoly has finally arrived in Uganda ahead of his ministration on Sunday at Zoe Fellowship grounds in Kampala.

According to sources, the 74-year-old whose musical style is one of jubilant praise and individual excellence on musical instruments, landed with his team at Entebbe International Airport on Wednesday night.

This visit comes in handy for the ‘celebration and honor’ of Prophet Elvis Mbonye, founder of Zoe Fellowship Ministries International.

“I will be ministering at the Zoe Fellowship grounds along with Prophet Elvis Mbonye,” Ron stated in a shared video earlier this month.

His music career began following time spent in the United States Air Force. He began working in full-time ministry in 1985. He started out as a worship leader at Jubilee Christian Center in San Jose, California. Not long after that, in 1987, he was ordained and installed as Music Pastor.

His first album released under the Integrity Label, “Jesus Is Alive” and “Lift Him Up”, received National and International acclaim.

To this day, Ken’s ministry focuses on among other things developing praise and worship leaders through teaching and mentoring. He has helped inspire and launch the careers of many Worship Leaders both Nationally and Internationally including his 2 youngest sons Ron Kenoly Jr. and Samuel Kenoly, better known as the Kenoly Brothers.
