In an effort to reach every district in Uganda with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Miracle Centre Cathedral – Rubaga, a well-known pentecostal Church, has unveiled the first-of-its-kind mobile evangelism truck in the nation.

The church vision bearer, Robert Kayanja, explained Monday that this “new tool for evangelism” will provide ultimate efficiency and convenience as it solves many problems in outdoor preaching.

“The platform used initially used to take us 3 days to put it up, and we used to go with 100 people. But with this new tool of evangelism, it is going to take us only 15 minutes to set up,” he said.

The truck has a fast extend mobile hydraulic stage integrated with full package audio visual equipment as well as on board power system, offering ease for Church production and worship. With LED screens, speakers, stage lights and other necessities, the ministry will be able to hold extensive gospel crusades.

“We are called to evangelize and bring people back to God,” he explained. “This ministry is evangelistic. For over 40 years, and in over 81 nations of the world, we have been preaching the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

“I want to thank those who gave, and stood with us,” he said.

Pastor Kayanja stated that this project was inspired by God, and that they spent over Ush160 million ($43,700) million in taxes to clear both the tractor and trailer. “The Lord told us to get a truck.”

“It is one of its kind in the whole evangelism world. God gives ideas because of the Holy Spirit. God will show you, He will teach you how to do what He has called you to do. That is why we are compelling you to listen to the Holy Spirit,” Pastor Kayanja said.
