Pastor Jessica Kayanja of Miracle Centre Cathedral, Rubaga has admonished Christian Women to remain in Christ in spite of the challenges that they may be confronted with.

Speaking during the Women’s Prayer Day held on Saturday, 7th March, 2020, the Girl Power Ministries founder, urged congregants to have confidence in the Power of the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Pastor Jessica noted that is because of the blood of Jesus Christ that Christians have the great privilege of pouring their hearts out to God, and pulling down all evil altars.

“Jesus’ blood speaks better things,” she said.

Pastor Jessica used the occasion to lead women in spiritual warfare, pulling down evil altars, breaking bondages and proclaiming victory over principalities.

“The devil comes only to steal and kill and destroy. But the Bible says; the Lord has come so that we may have life, and may have it abundantly. The devil will always do what is contrary to God’s will,” she emphasized.

“We plead the blood of Jesus that speaks better things than the blood of animals,” she stated. “Probably your ancestors sacrificed cows, goats or even a human being. We have the blood that is most powerful: It is the blood of Jesus. It was sacrificed by our Lord our God. This blood speaks better words than the blood of Abel or animals.”

Pr Jessica urged that the Church must differentiate between God-given mantles and God-opposed altars. How do you know that something is an altar? It is always recurring, she said.

When Gideon was called by God, Pr Jessica explained that, his first task was to tear down the idolatrous altars of Baal and Asherah at his father’s house (Judges 6:25-32).

The wife to Pastor Robert Kayanja called upon women to dismantle every evil altars working against their spiritual and physical life.

“The ultimate sacrifice is Jesus Christ, the son of God,” she continued, quoting Leviticus 17:11.
