Executive Director of the Uganda National Road Authority, Allen Catherine Kagina has said there are several Pastors in Uganda who are preaching the true gospel and transforming the communities in which they live.

According to Kagina, such pastors are seemingly ignored by media – or receive limited news coverage – at the expense of their counterparts deemed controversial.

Ms Allen Kagina made these remarks while answering a journalist’s questions about moral failure in Church leaders . She was attending the Covenant Music album launch at Covenant Nations Church located in Luzira on Friday.

Allen Kagina accused media houses of consistent negative coverage, and said reporters are ignoring the work ‘authentic’ pastors are doing.

On false teachers and prophets, the born-again Christian mother drew her inspiration from Matthew 24:11 saying the bible warns that in the last days false prophets will appear and deceive many people.

She said believers have to beware, and remain rooted in Christ.
