Phaneroo Ministries International was on Saturday hosted by the Mayor of Rubaga Division Hon. Joyce Sebugwawo as a 500-strong team from the ministry engaged in a community service project in the area which included cleaning Kasubi market, it’s public access trenches and roadways.

The group also carried out intensive evangelism and a prayer outreach in the surrounding suburbs.

In preparation for the Ministries’ 5th year anniversary tagged ‘Celebrating God’s Grace’, Phaneroo members participated in the cleaning and evangelism exercise because they believe “church is not meant to be in four walls, but an influential entity in the communities in which believers are present.”

Phaneroo notes that it’s blessed with this opportunity to serve the community.

“We are wholly grateful for it. We are also privileged to enjoy religious freedom enough to preach the Gospel. We will also have ‘Yesu Yasasula’ where we have taxi fares cleared for commuters on several routes as we preach the saving Gospel of our Lord, said Phaneroo Administrator Porche Dobinson.
