Dr Joseph Serwadda of Victory Christian Centre – Ndeeba has recognized and awarded the Nabagereka (queen) of Buganda Sylvia Nagginda for instilling a strong sense of morality in young people and improving their livelihood through mentorship and training.

This was at the Nabagereka’s offices in Bulange Mengo.

Through the ‘Ekisaakaate Kya Nnabagereka’ (EKN) which has impacted lives of over 12,000 young people since its inception in 2007, Dr Serwadda earlier noted that the queen has “done a tremendous job in teaching our young people good morals, good behavior and a way to live.”

Nagginda is one of several individuals the Church resolved to award during the 18th Passover Festival at Mandela National Stadium.

Others were the head of the State House anti-corruption unit Lt Col Edith Nakalema, Gen. (Rtd) Mugisha Muntu of the Alliance for National Transformation , Hannington Agaba, a conservation ranger at Semuliki National Park and singing siblings Esther and Ezekiel.
