Over the weekend, President Museveni launched the second edition of his book ‘Sowing the Mastered Seed’ at Serena Hotel, Kampala.

‘Sowing the Mustard Seed’ contains a graphic account of a turbulent period in Uganda and provides an insider’s account of the wasted years following Amin’s overthrow in 1979 and the arduous task of rebuilding a shattered nation.

A prayer was led by the Archbishop of the Church of Uganda; Stanley Ntagali.  Archbishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga, the First Lady Mrs. Janet Museveni and several representatives from the parliament and army graced the occasion.

Originally published 1997 and edited by Kevin Shillington, Elizabeth Kanyogonya, the book contains the autobiography of Yoweni Kaguta Museveni who led a guerrilla war to liberate Uganda from tyranny.
