God has created every individual on earth to fulfil a specific purpose in life. He knows what that purpose is and how we can achieve supernatural results with the help of the Holy Spirit.

Now, like many believers, Gabriella Bridget Ntaate, a popular media personality known for Spark TV’s Live Wire, once wondered; what is my calling in life?

She explained how God called her, challenges, inspiration among others during an exclusive interview with Carol Flower on NTV Uganda over the weekend.

Ntaate was already singing even before TV. She was mainly doing covers in live bands for about two years and in 2018, she released her very first single, ‘Wano‘.

“I struggled to figure out what I was meant to do. I started out doing the other music but the [Holy Spirit] told me that I wasn’t meant for that, [He] told me that I was meant for gospel and inspirational music,” she opened up Sunday.

Her other songs include “Gwe Asembayo“, “Ninze“, “Nange Nkwetaaga“, “Me because of You“, and a new one called “Awo.” The actress, UN activist and professional counsellor explained that her music has nothing to do with talent, but “has everything to do with the gift that God has given me,” she said.

One thing that separates Christian ministry from almost every other activity is its laser-like focus on our hearts. Ntaate stated that God is fundamentally concerned about how and why we do certain things.

God, Ntaate explained, is interested in those intentions that are hidden from human eyes.

“The person you see presenting Spark TV’s Live Wire represents my personality, I am loud, I love to speak, I love to laugh, that’s just me and the person who sings is me too,” she stated. “I am not doing music as a business,” she continued.

Just last year, Ntaate revealed during an interview with the Daily Monitor that her music has penetrated households across the nation tentatively due to the grace of God, and that she has no intentions of giving up.

“I did not choose Gospel; it is God that chose it for me. And I do not have hopes of going for another genre because I do not believe I came to sing for the money,” she said then.

Adding: “I have not done alit of or even any promotions for my music apart from putting it out to play on maybe TV stations, but I am creating a team that will help me with this. And this happened because for me it has never been about the money but rather sending messages out there that inspire those that I can. My music is moved by the grace of God, and luckily other TV stations play my music.”
