Have you ever experienced a time when you could clearly see God’s hand guiding you in a certain direction, and suddenly, circumstances took a sudden and sharp turn in a direction you never saw coming?

For some, the struggle begins when they assume they knows what’s best in the first place and that they have the capability to understand how all things work together, past, present, and future.

Popular videographer and gospel minister, James Mugagga says many people know how to bind demons, speak to the mountains, attend overnights, fast 40 days, but fail to learn how to stand still and rest in the grace of God.

Mugagga, who is also an award winning star with the HIT Awards notes that it’s very important to learn how to trust God even when nothing makes sense.

This statement shared Friday reminds Christians that although we cannot possibly make sense of all the ways of God, we can always find peace and reassurance to trust His heart by looking to the cross.

“That way, you’ll be able to stand still and be at peace. And when the battle rages yet you remain at peace, you are already a victor even before the manifestation of what you are desiring God to do for you.” Mugagga adds.

The soft spoken yet confident speaker started doing videography a couple of years back.

He revealed to hundreds that graced the ceremony that crowned him “videographer of the year 2016,” that this passion sprouted at a time he wanted to give up on life.

“The only thing that made me hold on was Videography… Holding on and praying to God.” He said.

He inspired congregants urging that God is present and involved in our lives even when circumstances force one to believe He [God] seems deaf or on an extended leave of absence.

Mugagga has worked with several notable Christian figures in the gospel music industry including Cooper Ssali & G-Way, Solome Basuuta, Proclaim Music Choir among others.
