Faith is at this moment playing a very big role in Lady Mariam’s life. She was on Friday night seen attending a mid-year cross over prayer meeting at Praise Cathedral, Ntinda – Kampala.

She was fully engaged, making random steps to and fro her seat as she poured her heart out to God during intercession.

Towards midnight, Lady Mariam, born Mariam Namukasa was called forth by the preacher, Pastor Edith Kamese who is also wife to the Church senior pastor, Godfrey Kamese.

Prophetic declarations were pronounced upon her life and career, something that triggered her emotions as she teared uncontrollably. The preacher prophetically revealed to Mariam what was happening in her life, career and financial standing, however, encouraged her to continue trusting God for what He was to accomplish through her life. She was moved by the accuracy of the prophecy.

Most popular for main steam hits Tindatiine and Sirikusula, chances are high Lady Mariam could return exalting God through gospel music.

Her last appearance in media was 2015 when she reported her then boyfriend and Uganda Cranes footballer  Robert Ssentongo to Jinja road police station over threatening messages and possession of her property.

Following the bitter split, Lady Mariam later shared her testimony at one church, noting that “I have now made Jesus the King of my heart because I know he will never leave me alone nor will he lie to me like those other men.”
