It is home to music artists Pompi, Abel Chungu, Seya, Magnum44, Tio among others.

Based at Lusaka, Zambia, Lota House confirmed their visit to Uganda last month, and have since started rehearsals for this upcoming concert scheduled for 12th, August 2016  at Kati Kati grounds Lugogo, Kampala.

Although Tio will not be joining the tour as he is currently on a separate endeavor, this is the first time that Uganda will host the greater part of the House on a single stage, in one concert.

The event dubbed ‘Born free concert’ is organised by a consultancy company called The Usual Suspect, and artists including Pompi, Abel Chungu, Magnum44, Flow1ne, Lilly Million, Crazy Fish will perform.

We hosted the ‘let’s have church’ hit singer Abel Chungu Musuka before, during Pablo’s 10 years of Comedy concert famed Comedy Meets Music in 2014.

Abel Chungu Musuka is son to former Zambian Government Minister and Ambassador Otema Musuka.

Uploaded to Zambia’s largest online gospel music platform, www.itsretunes.com in June 2016, Abel Chungu Musuka latest single “Never Left” was reported to have received 5,130 downloads in 24 hours.

“My Goal for 2016 and all years to Come, through failure and triumph I won’t stop. I no longer live in a season but in embrace. This as my lifetime. History will eventually forget the details of seasons, but it never forgets the legacy of your time. And in my lifetime I preached the Gospel. Even in my best and worst moments, because who I am does not change who Christ is, but who Christ is can Change who I am,” said Abel Chungu Musuka, moments before the release of “Never Left”.

Pompi and Mag 44 have also been to Uganda. UG Christian News has learnt that, after having releasing his second album Broken English, Pompi says Atmosphere, the company that he has started, will aim at promoting up-and-coming artistes.

“I feel gospel music can’t be bound to a western kind of sound, even with our African ethnic sound, we can create music that glorifies God,” Pompi, who describes himself as a “down to earth and ambitious African artiste” he said in an interview with Daily Mail Zambia.

Entrance will be ugx 20,000 Ordinary and ugx  50,000 VIP.
