From heartfelt melodies to soulful rhythm, it is undeniable that the group is committed to showcasing the best in Christian music.

Known for such songs as their breakthrough ‘No Jesus No Life’, the Spring Gents have once again unveiled something new.

Through a statement to Uganda Christian News, the group confirmed the release of their latest video, ‘Nkwekutte.’

“This release brings out our vocal pulse, not only creating a new style of vocal music, but ascribing total surrender to the all knowing and all Supreme,” the statement read. “Nkwekutte is a Luganda word meaning Cling/hold-onto.”

‘Nkwekutte’ was written by (a one) Diana Tusubiira, from the depth of her testimony.

“Genesis 1, speaks of God’s creation story and how His word birthed life. With all this wonder, Spring Gents use the creation story to speak about God’s supremacy. As a group, 2018 was one of the most challenging years in our career, and when we think of how far we have come, with a broken heart still surrender to God,” they said.

The group also shared their upcoming concert, ‘The Acapella Experience’ happening at Golf course Hotel later this year. Spring Gents membership includes Twebaze Joshua, Lubega Joseph, Mbowa James, Kato James, Lugonvu Ivan and Kyagulanyi Wycliff.
