We are often taught about the anointing and why it is of such great importance in our lives and ministries.

While some believers might not consider the idea of being anointed before they take on certain decisions in life, scripture spotlights people anointed with oil, symbolic of blessing, protection, and empowerment (Luke 4:18).

Pr Robert Kayanja used his speech during the International Women’s day special meeting at Miracle Center Cathedral to inform women that there is something unique they need to understand about the anointing.

He recounted numerous things that they [Women] go through, praying and encouraging them to seat under a ministry that has the anointing, for if ever there was a time in history when they needed God’s anointing power, it is now.

“Women go through a lot. You need special anointing. Your issues are so complex. I don’t speak this for any reason, I want you to understand my heart . I pray that you will never seat under a ministry that has no anointing because you really need it. Everything concerning oil [in the bible] was to women, which means He [Jesus] knew you need the oil.” Pr Kayanja said.

His message relates to several key points that were put forward in this new book, “The Holy Spirit”

The CEO of a Christian television Channel 44 writes in the second chapter that ministers can’t do ministry without the power of the Holy Spirit. We cannot live without the anointing of the Holy Spirit, he emphasized.

Pr Kayanja revealed during the Wednesday meeting that thanks to emancipation, now the whole world recognizes and appreciates the effort of women.

He told the congregation, most of who were women, they need to thank the creator for who they are.

“Thank God for having created women. You need to thank your maker. There is a reason you need to appreciate Him for who you are. And the quicker you appreciate him, the better.”

“Jesus never used men to talk about the anointing. He gave us the story of the 1o virgins. He was very specific that the anointing is for those who are virgins. The second level of anointing was again on a woman… She came to Jesus with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, which she poured on his head as he was reclining at the table. It wasn’t a man. So there has to be something you women must understand concerning the anointing. He dealt with man in 7 issues, but with women, he was talking about oil. There is something woman need to understand about Oil. Women must receive the anointing to become powerful in business.”
